Why the lounge exists
Every group has someone who needs five minutes. A parent between sessions, a teammate sitting out a round, a birthday guest who has had enough laser tag for one evening.
So we built the opposite of the arena upstairs: warm light, soft seating and a menu you can linger over, with the venue still in view through the glass.
It is free with any ticket, open from the moment the doors do, and quietly the most-used room in the building.

The kitchen downstairs sends everything up: sharing boards, loaded fries, mocktail jugs and single-origin coffee pulled to order. Order from the table with the QR code on the lamp.
Everything is halal, nut-free options are labelled on the menu, and the barista is on the floor until an hour before close.

Any attraction ticket or membership includes lounge access. Walk-ins are welcome too, with a small minimum spend at peak times.
Yes. Wi-Fi runs at 500 Mbps, every seat has power, and the quiet booths are kept phone-call friendly until 16:00.
Children are welcome with an adult. Under-12s stay in the sofa bank and games table area; the booths are kept for quiet use.
