Walk-ins are welcome, but weekends and school holidays regularly sell out for the free-roam VR arena and laser tag. Booking online guarantees your slot and is typically faster at the door.
Each attraction lists its own minimum age and height on its detail page. As a guide, our junior zones start at age 2, the main trampoline court at age 5, and the high-thrill VR and airbag attractions at ages 10 to 12.
Supervising adults can enter on a Spectator Entry pass at AED 25, which includes lounge and cafe access. Adults who want to play need a standard pass.
Yes, for the trampoline park. Grip socks are AED 15 at reception, included free with every party package and membership visit, and reusable on future visits.
Every zone is marshalled during operating hours, all equipment is inspected daily and certified annually by an independent inspector, and our crew are trained in first aid with a qualified responder on shift at all times.
Yes. Weekday parties Sunday to Thursday before 5pm are discounted and generally have wider party-room availability. Select your date in the checkout flow and availability updates instantly.
Day passes can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Party packages require 72 hours notice for a full refund of the deposit.
We run a Quiet Hour every Tuesday morning and on selected event days, with dimmed lighting, reduced audio and capped capacity. Ear defenders are available at reception at any time.
